Contrete plate in TODT camp

Hei !
I'm looking for informations about this structure I can found from time to time here in Organisation TODT camps in France. Unfortunately very little documentation is available about TODT camps in France. I have no information about the function of this structure, exept that it was overhelmed by a light structure.
We have several hypothesis such as toilets, vehicle maintenance platform, storage...

Are these the same? these are taken om the island of Gossen, in Møre &Romsdal, from a German camp, areal photo from 1968, (earliest) The Todt camp on the same island a little north, is almost gone on the areal photos
