HKB 1/480 Tana / MKB 1/513 Tana,
I am confused with these two battery's. They appear to be on the same location.
Also i run into the same area on a battery HKB 999.

Can anybody tell me what is going on there ?
I try to read this forum about it, but the language is a problem for me.

The two batteries were situated 2-3 km apart, see map.

HKB 999 was divided between Høybuktmoen (Kirkenes) and the Litza front. From august 1944 all of the unit at Høybuktmoen was moved to the Litza front.

Hallo

On the same map there is also a strongpoint in Benjaminsbukta facing the Tana river. Further into Smalfjorden there was also a small Pakzüg covering this fjord.

Here`s a photo of a blown up Tobruk north of Benjaminsbukta, Tana river in the background. Second photo, blown up observation bunker overlooking MKB Tana (located down by the sea in the middle of the photo where you se the road going out)

Kunne du satt disse to bildene ut i et kart/flyfoto?

Om ikke Erik E svarer, så er mitt tips at bunkerrestene på bildene er å finne her:
