Oslo - Munkedamsvejen, tunnel-door (?)

Hi!

When a friend of mine was in Oslo, he saw a building at Munkedamsvejen with a tunnel-door (?) infront of it.
Does anybody knows, what the door and the tunnel (?) was good for?
He also asked in axis-forum, but no feedback yet...

Hi. I used to live & work just down the road!
Was some kind of officers retreat there. There's a bunker just to the right og the tower!

The entrance and the tunnel on the picture has nothing to do with the bunker next to the tower.
Two different "things"? Am I right?

This door are one of three doors to the bunker. Door nr two is ca 50 m west of this door and the third door is just around the corner inside the gate to the NSB area.
The bunker was storage room for a firm located on the other side of the small hill.
