The device could work with guns, marine or coastal artillery caliber 15cm SK C/28, or larger?
At one pointers is a big adjustment 70 km?

The picture is not good enough to determine if this is a 50V unit ( for guns with range 35000 meters or less) or if it is a 110V unit for superheavy coastal batteries.

Interestingly, on a single disc is 380 hm, and the other 700 hm.

The Seipa receiver (Empfänger) is a 50V type, typically for 15 cm SKC/28 batteries.
In Norway we used this equipment as part of a "Fire Control system B" until the late 1970-ies. After that we used the instrument as a stand alone gun azimuth instrument until the end of the German gun era late 1990-ies.
Do You have any idea as to which battery this belonged to?
