I am researching HKB 13/983 Grötavär II and HKB 13/983 elgsnes. They have different coordinates.
On the list i have Elgsnes is not present within any artillery group, so i got the idea this is the same battery as HKB 13/983 Grötavär II.
I have been wondering about the "Grötavaer II" battery myself. The name/number could suggest the battery was moved from Elgsnes to Grøtavær later in the war, but there's no mentioning of this in Fjørtofts book or other sources that I have seen. Neither are there any remains - as far as I can tell - at Grøtavær that suggest two batteries were located here at the same time, and I assume
HKB 12./983 Grötavaer were in place until the end of the war (remains visible here:

Remains of the battery-position at Elgsnes are clearly visible here:

Also i wonder wich atillery group HKB 13/983 Elgsnes belongs to.
I assume it was
Artillerie-Gruppe Andsfjord (HKAA II/983)?
Perhaps JEF can shed some light on this?
